The 19th Annual Natural Living Expo, New England’s largest holistic health and wellness event, returns to Marlborough on November 14–15. This is New England’s largest natural health event bringing more than 225 exhibitors from around the country, 60+ educational workshops, wellness experiences, healthy food vendors and natural health enthusiasts together for an inspiring weekend of learning, shopping, and connecting.

Held at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel & Trade Center, located at 181 Boston Post Road West (Route 20) in Marlborough, MA, the two-day event is expected to welcome more than 5,000 attendees interested in healthier living, natural products and new ways to support mind, body and spirit.

Presented by Spirit of Change, New England’s longest running holistic lifestyle magazine, the Natural Living Expo offers an opportunity to meet an extraordinary range of natural health practitioners, wellness experts, educators, healing organizations, and makers of natural and sustainable products — all in one location

Discover Hundreds of Holistic Health & Wellness Offerings in One Weekend

A $21 advance weekend admission provides access to the entire event including the Trade Center, where attendees can explore a marketplace of 225 exhibitors offering natural health products and services, wellness consultations, spiritual and transformational experiences, intuitive readings, mini healing sessions, self-care demonstrations, natural beauty products, clothing, crystals, jewelry, home décor, handmade art, and more. Shop early for the holidays and discover meaningful gifts that inspire health, happiness and well-being.

Attendees can also sample products in person and enjoy healthy food from vendors located both inside and healthy food trucks located outdoors.

New this year, visitors can experience floral design as a self-care practice at the Flower Therapy Bloom Bar, an interactive experience designed to bring creativity, beauty, and mindfulness together.

Attendees can wind down on Saturday evening with an epic restorative sound bath journey from 5:30–6:30 p.m., included with expo admission.

The weekend schedule features more than 60 one-hour workshops and guided meditation sessions at the adjoining Best Western Hotel, covering a wide range of natural health, healing, spirituality, and personal growth topics.

VIP Giveaways, Free Sunday Re-Entry & More

Every advance weekend admission includes a free expo tote bag, exclusive to advanced ticket holders only. Arrive early! The first 200 attendees each day will receive a special VIP tote filled with free wellness products, foods and coupons.

Weekend admission is $21 when purchased in advance online and $25 at the door. A Sunday-only late-entry ticket is available for $10 and provides access to the exhibit hall and workshops from 1:00–4:30 p.m.

Children under 12 are admitted free, and attendees can return free on Sunday with their expo wristband. Onsite parking is free.

Sunday, November 15: 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
