UPDATE: Car Hits Pole, Wires Down on Central Street

Update: Central Street, as of 9:21 p.m., is closed from Prospect Street to Rawlins Ave. while National Grid works in the area.

Original Post: Crews responded to a crash shortly before 8:30 p.m. on Thursday on Central Street in Marlborough.

A vehicle hit a pole and pulled the pole, along with live wires, down, said online reports from iAlerts1. The pole and wires are in the roadway, and National Grid was requested to the scene.
