Car Wash, Drive-Thru Restaurant, Vet Clinic Among Proposals for Marlborough Apex Center
The Apex Center is slated to open next summer.
MARLBOROUGH, MA—Slated for a summer of 2017 grand opening, the Apex Center, being built at 180 Post Boston Road West in Marlborough, is a multi-use center that will include retail, entertainment and hospitality businesses.
Three have been proposed at a recent City Councilor meeting. Ryan Development and Walker Development proposed a car wash, a restaurant with a drive-thru and a veterinary clinic, all to go before public hearings in September.
Public hearings will be held onSept. 12 and Sept. 26during City Council meetings for the proposed businesses.
