CaRMaH Cat of the Week! Fiona!
CaRMaH is your Hudson-Marlboro area resource for adopting a great cat into your home and family

Yeah, I’m Fiona, and I’m retired. Well, it’s hard to know for sure when a cat retires, but I can tell you, it takes quite a bit more for me to chase a toy around now. I specialize in sleeping, and love to be near my people, or on their laps. Or on their chests. I enjoy the fresh air coming through the windows, and surveying my yard. I do not at ALL like dogs, though I’m ok with other cats. I’d prefer an adult home, but I would also do well with gentle, respectful children.
I have a bit of arthritis, and I don’t like having my back end touched - though do please spend lots of time scratching and petting my head and neck! I would do well on Cosequin (in pet stores or on line), to help with my aches. I’ve had my senior bloodwork, and I’m just fine.
CaRMaH would like to see me in my retirement home soon - so my adoption donation is ‘free will’ - you decide what it should be - what’s most important is that I can stretch out and make myself home.

OUR KITTEN POLICY: Kittens under the age of 6 months need other cats for social development and fewer behavioral problems - and they keep each other company when people aren’t around. So, we adopt out kittens in pairs, or with their charming momcats, or into home already having a young or active cat.
