CaRMaH Cat of the Week, Keller!

CaRMaH is your Hudson-Marlborough area resource for adopting a great cat into your home and family

I'm Keller, a spicy feral kitten that decided that the feral life was NOT for me! I was born and raised in an unused drainpipe in Marlborough, and my family was trapped and sent through a trap-neuter-release program - that's where I picked up this tipped ear. But, I didn't show signs of wanting to be a family cat, so I joined my siblings in a new location - a cushy shed in Hudson. I started to flirt with my caretaker, and finally was picked up and hugged by her son. So, the family brought me in, and I became a house cat! I am skitty on the floor, and still getting used to hugs. However, once I am comfortable I insist on lap time, scratching and petting. I am very, very talkative. And, I do love other cats, but if you are home often, and love to play, that could work, too. I'm 7 months old and in fabulous health.
Take a chance on me!

All our cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, tested for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, treated for parasites and checked by a vet before adoption. To apply please go to http://www.carmah.org/info/adoption. Questions can be sent to: adoptacat@carmah.org
OUR KITTEN POLICY: Kittens under the age of 6 months need other cats for social development and fewer behavioral problems - and they keep each other company when people aren't around. So, we adopt out kittens in pairs, or with their charming momcats, or into home already having a young or active cat.
