CaRMaH Cat of the Week, Toothpaste!

Hi! I'm Toothpaste, sweet, patient, and easy going. I love young cats and kittens; older cats are fine by me, though older cats don't always like me. My two favorite things are canned cat food -- and I'll come into the kitchen with you just to check whether you're about to open a can -- and having my head rubbed. I am wary of sudden movements (please don't try to catch me!) but approach me slowly and you'll find that I love being petted. I am not a lap cat - my foster person says maybe some day? I'd do best in a calm, patient household without young children.

All of our cats are tested for FeLV/FIV, up to date on vaccinations, and spay/neutered before adoption. The adoption fee is $200 for kittens or $125 for adults, apply at www.carmah.org. So, we adopt out kittens in pairs, or with their charming momcats, or into home already having a young or active cat.
