Fire, police and EMS responded around 7:15 p.m. to an incident in which a child fell off his bike, reported iAlerts1. The accident happened at 55 Norwood St., and the child suffered a serious laceration to the knee. Crews stabilized the knee and the child was transported to the hospital.
