City Offers 5 College Scholarships

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Money for school. Who doesn't need it?

Marlborough's mayor and members of the City Council and the City Scholarship are once again offering its scholarship program to Marlborough residents headed off to college.

Through a voluntary check-off system, the city's taxpayers fund the program through municipal tax bills.

This year, the city offers five $1,000.00 scholarships. The City Scholarship Committee selects the recipients and amounts of financial aid from the scholarship fund derived from the check-off program.
