Lincoln-Sudbury Girls' Basketball Holds Coaches vs. Cancer Game

The Lincoln-Sudbury Girls’ Basketball team will be hosting Weston High School on Friday January 22, 2016 for the Coaches vs Cancer Game. We would like to invite the youth basketball programs to join us for this important event. There will be three games that day:

9th grade will play at 4:00pm

JV will play at 5:30pm and the Varsity will play at 7:00pm

We would like to have the youth players at each game. We would love for them to see more than one game, but our goal is to have at least one age group at each game. We would like to invite the girls in grades k-3 to the 9th grade game, girls in grades 4-6 to the JV game and girls in grades 7-8 to the Varsity game. Again, the girls are welcome to any game! We will have some half-time games for the girls and host a meet and greet with each team after each game. Desserts and drinks will be provided after each game for the meet and greet event. We will also be raising money for cancer so we will offer a “Chuck-a-Duck” contest and be running a 50/50 raffle. Concessions will also be sold during the three games. Please encourage the girls to wear their game jerseys. There is no entry fee for the players, but there will be an admission charge for adults. The admission gate will be donated to a cancer charity.
