Coat Drive In Marlborough Begins With Winter In Full Swing

MARLBOROUGH, MA — A winter coat drive kicked off Tuesday in the Marlborough area, seeking donations for needy families with winter well underway.

The Marlborough Alliance for Prevention's coat drive will run through Jan. 16, and is seeking winter jackets for both children and adults.

You can donate new or gently used winter jackets by dropping the garments off at any of these three locations:

  • The Recovery Connection, 31 Main St.
  • The ARC, 33 Main St.
  • Marlborough Board of Health at City Hall, 140 Main St.

The Marlborough Alliance for Prevention includes health board and police department members, plus local community service organizations like the Boys and Girls Club, who work to prevent substance abuse in the city.
