Crews Respond to Heavy Brush Fire, Possible Fireworks, Ammunition Going Off

Update: At 2:27 p.m., iAlerts1 reported that utility departments extinguished the heavy fire, and was in the process of wetting down the area.

Update: Crews made their way to the brush fire around 2:30 p.m.

Firefighters were asked to back off until police could investigate reports of fireworks or ammunition going off in the area of 130 Lizotte Drive, reported iAlerts1.

Original Post: At 2:15 p.m., iAlerts1 reported a brush fire at 130 Lizotte Drive, with an area of brush bringing deep inside the woods and difficult to access.
