Dog Tasered in Marlborough By Police After He Became Aggressive

Marlborough officers visited a home to deliver a summons, and said the German shepherd who lived there became aggressive.

MARLBOROUGH, MA—A dog was tasered, and quarantined, after he bit an officer on Thursday.

While delivering a summons on Stow Road, the resident's German shepherd became aggressive and bit one of the two officers, Det. Jared Snapp told the Boston Globe.

The officer was bit in the leg, and the other officer used the taser on the animal after he was unable to be calmed down.
