City Councilor Arthur Vigeant is conducting an open house at the 12,000 square foot historic building in the City's French Hill neighborhood, the proposed site for a new Senior Center. Residents are welcome to tour the building and Vigeant is looking for comments and suggestions on the project and wants to know what programs seniors would like the City to provide.
