Get Raking: Yard Waste Pickup Time in Marlborough
Yard waste pickup begins at the end of October in Marlborough.

MARLBOROUGH, MA—Rake up your yard. Get all the leaves and sticks (but no grass!) in bags. The city's DPW announced that curbside collection of yard waste will be begin Monday, Oct. 31, and will run through the week of Nov. 21.
Those who currently get their trash picked up by the city's program are eligible for this service.
No grass clippings are allowed. All other small brush, trimmings, leaves, etc. should be placed in biodegradable paper bags or old trash barrels for this collection. Don't use your wheeled carts for this pickup, and the bags and barrels must be at the curb by 7 a.m.
The maximum collection weight allowed for both the biodegradable paper bags and trash barrels is 50 lbs.
