Gunplay At Marlborough Hotel Leads To 2 Arrests: Police

A Reading man and a Worcester man were arrested and charged after an altercation at a party at the Marlborough Holiday Inn.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Two men were arrested early Saturday morning in Marlborough after one of the men pulled a gun during a party at the Holiday Inn, according to police.

Police were called to the Lakeside Avenue hotel at around 2 a.m. When they arrived, there was a large group of people standing outside, and a white Infinity SUV was trying to leave property.

When officers stopped the SUV, they found Neksone Allah-Digui, 25, of Worcester, in the passenger seat. In the glove box was a .45 caliber gun, which is the weapon Allah-Digui pulled out inside the hotel, police reported.

Allah-Digui was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, being a felon in possession of a gun, two counts of receiving stolen property worth more than $1,200, larceny of a car, and weapons charges.

The driver, Rodolphe Sanitval, 23, of Reading, told police that the car was not his, and he had found it idling in the parking lot. Sanitval was charged with larceny of a car, receiving stolen property worth more than $1,200, and weapons charges.
