Home-Invasion, Rape: Grand Jury Indictments

MARLBOROUGH, MA- The District Attorney announced two Marlborough related indictments handed down by the Grand Jury between September 26 and November 20, 2018. One is related to a home-invasion and the other is related to the rape of a child. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Here's who:

Treyvon St. Cyere, 27, of Boston, was charged with home invasion, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of a firearm without a license, possession of a loaded firearm, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Raquel Frisardi.

Ernandes Oliveira, 22, of Marlborough, was charged with rape of a child (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
