7:01 p.m.: Brian J. Pratt, 29, Flynn Ave., Marlborough, was arrested and charged on a warrant

9:14 p.m.: Harassment investigated, 194 Chestnut St.

Friday, July 8

9:45 a.m.: Fraud reported, Roland's House Shelter

10:03 a.m.: Sudden death, Executive House Condominiums

11:08 a.m.: Disturbance, Ocean State Job Lot

12:27 p.m.: Larceny, The Heights at Marlborough Apartments

1:32 p.m.: Harassment, 5 Gulbankian Drive

8:43 p.m.: Vandalism reported, 112 Frye St.

10:05 p.m.: Shoplifting, Plaza Liquors

Saturday, July 9

1:06 a.m.: Threats reported, Barracuda Drive

3:48 a.m.: Police responded to a breaking and entering at 64 Victoria Lane. Francis J. Mattioli, 26, 68 Victoria Lane, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, vandalizing property, possession of Class B drug, possession of a burglarious instrument
