Introducing Amazon Echo's New Skill "Ask BBB"
With Ask BBB, users can ask Alexa for the BBB Accreditation status of a business or for a business's BBB Letter Rating.

Better Business Bureau has created a new skill for Amazon’s Alexa voice service. The newly launched skill, Ask BBB, is designed to help people easily verify the trustworthiness of a business - from auto mechanics to insurance agents and any type of business in between.
With Ask BBB, users can ask Alexa for the BBB Accreditation status of a business or for a business’s BBB Letter Rating.
“We are thrilled to announce the launch of Ask BBB for Amazon’s Alexa voice service,” says Paula Fleming, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer for the local BBB. “Ask BBB gives users the unique opportunity to acquire information of any business from BBB with a simple question.”
