Local RV Dealer Sentenced To Prison Over False Tax Filings: Feds

BOYSLSTON, MA — The owner of the Fuller RV dealership in Boylston was sentenced this week to six months in federal prison for filing false tax returns, according the U.S. Attorney's Office in Boston.

Robert Fuller, 70, pleaded guilty to two counts of filing false corporate and personal tax returns, federal prosecutors said.

Between 2013 and 2016, Fuller did not report about $900,000 in income he got by cashing checks written to his business, prosecutors said. He also didn't report the money on his personal tax returns.

On top of the six-month prison sentence, Fuller will have to serve one year of supervised release, and pay $451,535 in restitution to the IRS.
