UPDATE: Man Charged With 5th OUI, Child Endangerment, After He Allegedly Hits Cop Car
Police say the SUV hit a Marlborough cruiser on Monday.

A man’s 14-year-old daughter and dog were in the car, police say, when he crashed his SUV into a Marlborough cruiser, causing them both to head through a fence and a parked car, reported WHDH-TV.
He faces his fifth OUI charge, and child endangerment charges, said police.

Rescue crews responded to a crash around 7:30 p.m. on Monday on Bolton Street at the corner of Francis Street in Marlborough, according to reports. According to iAlerts1. A request for a second emergency vehicle was called, and two have been transported to the hospital.
Joseph W. Coleman, 55, 9 Hastings St., Apt. 2, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with failure to stop, OUI (fifth offense), negligent operation and child endangerment.

The officer was not seriously hurt, but taken to the hospital for evaluation, and the airbags had gone off in his car. Police arrested the driver of the SUV for DUI, his fifth offense.
