Man Charged With Assault After Allegedly Knocking Man Down With His Bike

A man allegedly hit another with his bike as the man left a concert on Union Common in Marlborough.

MARLBOROUGH, MA—A Marlborough man is facing several charges after knocking down another man, who was asked to leave a concert, with his bike on Main Street.

Michael P. Graham, 48, Mechanic Street, Marlborough, was arrested and charged on Thursday with assault and battery (two counts), carrying a dangerous weapon, and assault with a dangerous weapon.

The victim had been asked to leave a concert at Union Common because he was intoxicated, and police said Graham followed him, using his bicycle to knock him to the ground, and then punch him repeatedly, reported Wicked Local Marlborough.

Officers separated the men, and the victim suffered serious facial injuries and other injuries.
