Marlboro Taking Steps To Fight Climate change

A listening session about the Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness program is coming up.

MARLBOROUGH, MA- The city is taking steps to be more environmentally conscious by hosting a listening session about the Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) Program.

The grant program helps municipalities in Massachusetts start planning for climate resiliency. Those municipalities who finish the program are designated MVP communities and eligible for grant funding among other opportunities.

This program is funded through a grant from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs.

The listening session will be from 6-7 p.m. on Monday, March 25 in Memorial Hall of Marlborough City Hall.
