Marlborough 2023 Christmas Tree Collection: What To Know
Marlborough will set up five Christmas tree collection sites in early January.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Getting rid of a Christmas tree in Marlborough this year will be pretty easy — unless you decorated with tinsel.
The city will operate five tree collection sites beginning in early January. The tree collection is for residents only, and all trees must be free of ornaments. It should go without saying, but you can't dispose of fake trees at any of these locations.
With no curbside service this year, the collection period in 2023 will run Jan. 9 to Jan. 20 at these five locations:

- Memorial Beach parking lot near the intersection of Causeway and Hosmer streets
- Ghiloni Park rear entrance, 265 Boston Post Road East
- Parking lot near Kelleher Field at 45 Jefferson St.
- Jericho Hill parking lot, 410 Brigham St.
- Felton Conservation Area parking lot, 798 Elm St.
