Marlborough Burrito Restaurant Opens Second Location In MetroWest

The new eatery, operating under a different name, opened last week at Maynard Crossing.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — A popular Mexican restaurant in Marlborough has expanded with a second location in a neighboring MetroWest community.

Boro Burrito Company, located at 547 Boston Post Road East in Marlborough, opened Burrito Rose on Wednesday at 2 Digital Way in Maynard, the business announced on social media. The new restaurant is located in the Maynard Crossing development.

“While the names are different, our mission is the same: serving fresh, handcrafted food, supporting our local communities, and creating a place where everyone feels welcome,” the business wrote in the announcement.
