MARLBOROUGH, MA — A proposal to build a large apartment complex along the Boston Post Road will be before the Marlborough Conservation Commission on Thursday.

Florida-based developer Waypoint Residential — doing business locally as WP Marlborough MA LLC — has proposed a plan to build 188 apartments at the McGee Farm property, 339 Boston Post Road East. The project got a public hearing before the Marlborough City Council on Monday.

The development would include four separate buildings with garages, parking lots, a pool, and a dog park. The McGee Farm property borders wetlands under the oversight of the Conservation Commission.
