On Monday, Marlborough’s city councilors will address a lengthy agenda that includes items on Eversource installing a plastic gas main, an application for a new Taco Bell, a Board of Health transfer request to fund a retiring staff member’s sick leave, an application for a site plan to open a new daycare center and an investigation into residents complaints about mosquitoes.
The meeting, which is open to the public, takes place at 8 p.m. in City Hall Chambers.
