Marlborough Detective Ed Bouvier Retires

MARLBOROUGH, MA- Detective Ed Bouvier retired from the Marlborough Police Department after more than 35 years of service on Friday.

Bouvier worked on and solved many different types of cases including homicides, assaults, arsons and different types of fraud and financial crimes. The department said Bouvier built his career on hard work, conducting meticulous investigations and building solid cases for prosecutors.

"His knowledge and experience in handling these types of investigations is unparalleled at our department," the department said, "His demeanor, experience and knowledge garnered him the respect of all who worked with him or were touched by his tenure at the Marlborough Police Department."
