Marlborough Development Includes 2 Hotels, Bowling Alley, Emergency Vet
The APEX Center is set to be completed next year.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — A new development proposed for Marlborough on Route 20 will include a Hyatt Place hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites, two restaurants, an emergency veterinarian and a bowling alley.
The 475,000-square-foot complex will be called the APEX Center, located at 180 Boston Post Road, reports the Worcester Business Journal.
The center has pre-commitments for 300,000 square feet of space.
