Marlborough Indictments: Child Rape, Assault, Masked Robbery
The DA announced grand jury indictments on Friday, including three from Marlborough, facing child rape, indecent assault, armed robbery.

Middlesex Attorney Mirian Ryan on Friday announced several grand jury indictments, including cases involving Marlborough residents.
The following were indicted:
- Daniel Escalante, 40, of Marlborough, was charged with rape of a child by force (5 counts), indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 (4 counts), and assault to rape a child (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Marisa Tagliarenti.
- Wayne Foreman, 44, of Marlborough, was charged with rape, forcible rape of a child (4 counts), aggravated rape of a child (4 counts), indecent assault and battery of a child under the age of 14 (4 counts), indecent assault and battery of a person over the age of 14 (4 counts), and disseminating matter harmful to a minor. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Cimini.
- Elijah Wheeler Watson, 18, of Marlborough, was charged with masked armed robbery and conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorney is Chris Tarrant.
