Marlborough Man Charged With Child Pornography Possession: Report
A man is accused of sending child pornography images via a messaging app, according to a report.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — A man is facing charges that he sent child pornography images using a social media app, according to The MetroWest Daily News.
Cleidson Martins Fonseca, 47, was charged with possession of child pornography. Police said Martins Fonseca sent images of children "in lewd and sexual situations to another user," The MetroWest Daily News reported.
Martins Fonseca is accused of sending the images via WhatsApp, a messaging app.
