Marlborough Man Charged With Lewdness After Exposure On City Street
Two passersby witnessed the 52-year-old engaging in a lewd act in the downtown area, police said.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — Marlborough police arrested a local man this week after he was seen engaging in a lewd act in the downtown area.
According to police, two passersby reported seeing the 52-year-old masturbating near the intersection of Mechanic and Main street.
Police were able to identify the man, who lives in a home nearby where the incident took place at the intersection of Mechanic and Lincoln streets. He was arrested on two charges of open and gross lewdness, police said.
