Marlborough Man Facing Charges for Allegedly Breaking Into Home, Strangling Woman
A Marlborough man faces a multitude of charges, including vandalizing property, home invasion and strangulation.

MARLBOROUGH, MA—A Marlborough man is facing several charges, including home invasion, armed assault, and strangulation, after allegedly breaking into a home on Friday night and assaulting a woman.
George Boloski, 43, Summer Street, Marlborough, was held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing, reports the Worcester Telegram and Gazette.
He was charged at 10:17 p.m. on Aug. 26 with vandalizing property, home invasion, armed assault in a dwelling, strangulation, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest, according to Marlborough police's log.

In documents obtained by the Telegram, police say that Boloski entered a home on Chestnut Street and punched the door and windows until the glass broke, then yelled at the woman inside, grabbing her by the throat and hair and punched her in the head. The woman pried his hand from her throat and yelled for help.
Officers arrived to find blood on the steps, hallway and screen door.
