Marlborough Man, Irish Resident, Sentenced for Misuing a Social Security Number
An Irish citizen living in Marlborough used a driver's license from an Irish national who returned to Ireland.

MARLBOROUGH, MA—A Marlborough man, also an Irish citizen, was sentenced to probation and home confinement after he pleaded guilty to misuse of a social security number.
Francis J. Moloney, 43, Marlborough, was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Court Denise J. Casper to 12 months probation, with the first three months of that period in home confinement, as well as 80 hours of community service. In February, 2016, Moloney pleaded guilty to misuse of a social security number.
Maloney, an Irish citizen living in Massachusetts, fraudulently obtained a driver's license on March 20, 2013, that used the identity and social security number of an Irish national and former permanent legal resident after that person gave up his legal status in the United States and returned to Ireland.
