Marlborough Man 'Lunged' At Police During Neighborhood Dispute
The 26-year-old is now facing five charges related to the Saturday afternoon incident, police said.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — A Marlborough man is facing five charges after he threatened a neighbor, and then fought with officers, police said.
The incident happened around 3:30 p.m. Saturday when Marlborough police responded to a home along Stevens Street on a report of a dispute between two neighbors. Police said that Alex Agostinho, 26, threatened to hurt his neighbor.
When police confronted Agostinho, he grew agitated and began yelling swears at police. At one point, Agostinho "lunged" at officers and then tried to run away.

Police caught him and arrested him on charges of disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, two counts of threatening to commit a crime, and two counts of assault.
