Marlborough Officer Interrupts Drug Deal At Shopping Plaza: PD
Two men were arrested and charged early Saturday morning in Marlborough after a drug exchange, police said.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — A Marlborough police officer arrested two men early Saturday morning after witnessing a hand-to-hand drug exchange in the parking lot of a Lakeside Avenue shopping plaza, according to police.
Around 4 a.m. Saturday, an officer watched as Orlando Quintana, 25, of Oakham, approached a pickup truck in the lot of the Vitamin Shoppe at 423 Lakeside Avenue. Police said that Quintana made an exchange with one of the three men in the truck.
After investigating, the officer found a bag of suspected heroin in the truck, police said. One person in the truck, Shawn Kerivan, 42, of Hudson, was arrested, and the two others were told to leave.

Quintana was charged with distributing a class A drug, conspiracy, and possession of a class A drug. Kerivan was charged with possession of a class A drug and conspiracy, according to Marlborough police.
