Marlborough PD Hiring Full Time Officers
The Marlborough Police Department is accepting applications for lateral transfers.
MARLBOROUGH, MA- The Marlborough Police Department is hiring lateral full-time police officers.
The department is specifically looking for lateral transfers and all applicants must be Massachusetts Police Academy trained. It is a plus if applicants are fluent in Spanish or Portuguese but not mandatory but a 15-mile border to border residency is required.
Applicants will have a background investigation, drug screening, medical and psychological screening done.

The starting salary is $52,000 and after 2 years of step increases, the salary will max at $64,000.
