Marlborough PD Seize Xanax, Crystal Meth During Bust

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Marlborough police raided a downtown-area apartment on Thursday night, recovering a quantity of methamphetamine and illicit prescription Xanax pills. A 38-year-old man is now facing 11 drug charges in connection to the raid.

According to police, detectives had been investigating Troy Dunlap, 38, for drug dealing. They developed enough evidence to get a search warrant for his apartment located at 2 Pleasant Place.

Just after 6 p.m. Thursday, police executed the warrant. They arrested Dunlap and charged him with five counts of distributing a class B drug, five counts of possession of a class B drug, and one count of possession of a class E drug.
