7:48 a.m.: Warrant served at 450 Boston Post Road, Marlborough. Jose Cirilo, 27, Temple Street, Framingham, was arrested and charged with defacing a firearm by removing serial number, possessing a firearm without a license (two counts), improper storage of a firearm
