• At 9:30 p.m., police pulled a car over at Boston Post Road East and Wayside Inn Road. Bernadette A. Nakiguli, 57, 59 Cambridge St., Apt. 310, Woburn, was arrested and charged with OUI, marked lanes violation, red light violation, possession of open container of alcohol
