Wednesday, Sept. 9 <ul><li>At 12:19 a.m., police responded to a drug offense, Marlborough Hospital</li><li>At 1:49 a.m., police patrolled Memorial Beach. Kristie Cournoyer, 37, 25 Central St., Ashland, was arrested and charged with trespassing and littering. David J. Ciampo, 58, 496 Lincoln St., Apt. 5, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with trespassing and littering. Randy M. Giancola, 38, 276 Main St., Apt. 28, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with trespassing and littering </li><li>At 3:29 a.m., police responded to a car breaking and entering at 59 Kings Grant Road. Joel C. Korner, 44, 12 Pleasant St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering into a vehicle/boat at nighttime for a felony, assault and battery, defacing property, larceny under $250, receiving stolen property</li></ul>
