Marlborough Police: 80-Year-Old Arrested for Open, Gross Lewdness

Sunday, Sept. 6
- At 10:23 a.m., police responded to reports of an auto theft, 23 Paris St.
- At 10:30 a.m., vandalism was reported, 35 Ringold St.
- At 6:23 p.m., police responded to an auto theft, The Heights at Marlborough
- At 7:47 p.m., vandalism was reported, McDonald Hotel
Monday, Sept. 7
- At 10:01 a.m., police responded to a car crash with injuries, Boston Post Road
- At 12:46 a.m., police responded to a disturbance, 93 Chestnut St. and 110 Pleasant St. Brian L. Coston, 39, 23 Kirby St., Apt. 2, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
- At 12:48 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Farm Road. Jorge O. Rivera, Jr., 29, 175 Grant St., Framingham, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct
- At 1:54 p.m., police responded to suspicious activity, 214 West Main St. and 9 Broad St. James Edward Collins, 80, 4 Hartfoard North Ave., Upton, was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness
- At 2:42 p.m., fraud was reported, 77 Ridge Road
- At 3:17 p.m., police responded to threats, Boston Market
