• At 7:47 p.m., vandalism was reported, McDonald Hotel

Monday, Sept. 7

• At 10:01 a.m., police responded to a car crash with injuries, Boston Post Road
• At 12:46 a.m., police responded to a disturbance, 93 Chestnut St. and 110 Pleasant St. Brian L. Coston, 39, 23 Kirby St., Apt. 2, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
• At 12:48 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Farm Road. Jorge O. Rivera, Jr., 29, 175 Grant St., Framingham, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct
• At 1:54 p.m., police responded to suspicious activity, 214 West Main St. and 9 Broad St. James Edward Collins, 80, 4 Hartfoard North Ave., Upton, was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness
