Marlborough Police Arrest 5 Juveniles After Car Theft
A Toyota Camry stolen in Southborough triggered a series of arrests in that town and Marlborough this week.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — A stolen car incident in Southborough involving a group of juveniles from Lawrence spilled over into Marlborough this week, according to police.
Around 11 a.m. on Tuesday, a Toyota Camry was stolen from a home along Framingham Road in Southborough. Police were able to see that the car had traveled to Lawrence. But about 12 hours later, Marlborough police spotted the car near the Southborough town line, and arrested five juveniles in the car, Southborough Chief Kenneth Paulhus said in a press release.
A few hours later early Wednesday morning, Southborough police were called to Pinecone Lane after a resident there spotted someone breaking into a car. Southborough officers found and arrested a 15-year-old from Lawrence. The teen was charged with breaking and entering a vehicle, larceny, and larceny from a vehicle, but was released into the custody of the state Department of Children and Families.
