Friday, Aug. 28
- At 8:19 a.m., police responded to a car crash at 13 Lakeside Ave. and 26 Williams St.
- At 9:45 a.m., larceny occurred at 38 Union St.
- At 10:42 a.m., police responded to a disturbance, 117 Pleasant St.
- At 12:09 p.m., harassment was reported at the Stone Gate Apartments
- At 5:28 p.m., police responded to a report of fraud, 189 Main St.
- At 5:52 p.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Heights
- At 8:18 p.m., police responded to a disturbance at 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.
- At 10:03 p.m., vandalism was sported, South Street
- At 10:25 p.m., police responded to a report of harassment at 166 Pleasant St.
- At 11:53 p.m., police responded to reports of a disturbance at a barber shop at 205 Main St.
Saturday, Aug. 29
- At 12:26 a.m., police responded to a disturbance, 219 Lincoln St.
- At At 7:19 a.m., vandalism was reported at the Liberty Hill Apartments
- At 11:48 a.m., larceny was reported at 214 Maple St., Apt. 1
- At 11:55 a.m., trespassing was reported at the Wayside Racquet and Swim Club
- At 12:56 p.m.., police responded to a fire outside at Pete’s on the Main
- At 1:12 p.m., vandalism was reported at the Victorian Guest House
- At 7:30 p.m., vandalism was reported at Ghiloni Park
- At 10:50 p.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Holiday Inn. Dale L. Pope, 60, homeless, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, assault, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest
Sunday, Aug. 30

- At 3:40 a.m., police responded to a breaking and entering into a car, 67 Pheasant Hill Road
- At 1:36 p.m., police responded to reports of a breaking and entering into a car at the Meadows at Marlborough
- At 3:41 p.m., fraud was reported, 26 Goodale St.
- At 4:29 p.m., fraud was reported, 59 Clover Hill St.
- At 7:58 p.m., a breaking and entering into a car was reported at the Cider Hill Condos
- At 9:48 p.m., police pulled a car over on Union Street. Loucas Teixeira, 19, 13 Frye St., Marlborough, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license
