Marlborough Police: Arrest at Hotel for Disorderly Conduct; House-Break; Larceny, Forgery Arrest

Thursday, Sept. 17
- At 7:41 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at 72 Chestnut St.
- At 8:43 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident at Dunkin’ Donuts
- At 9:43 a.m., police served a warrant at Pleasant Court Condominiums. Heitor C. Costa, 47, 139 Pleasant St., Marlborough, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, forgery of a check, uttering a false check
- At 9:50 a.m., police responded to a report of fraud, 336 Mechanic St.
- At 10:17 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Hildreth School
- At 12:37 p.m., police responded to a call for larceny, Marlboro Market
- At 12:59 p.m., a past breaking and entering was reported at 14 Springhill Ave.
- At 1:14 p.m., police responded to a call for larceny, 55 Applewood Drive
- At 1:48 p.m., police responded to a report of harassment, 103 Fontaine St.
Friday, Sept. 18
- At 1:01 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at the McDonald Hotel
- At 1:42 a.m., police again responded to a disturbance at the McDonald Hotel. Marlene McGuire, 41, 58 Charles St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct
