Marlborough Police: Arrest for OUI; Harassment Order Served; Vandalism

Tuesday, May 19

  • At 7:44 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Carriage Path Condominiums
  • At 9:20 a.m., police responded to a report of larceny, Payneless Flooring
  • At 9:58 a.m., a harassment order was served at Iglesia De Dios Pentecostal MI
  • At 11:40 a.m., police responded to a report of harassment, Whitcomb School
  • At 11:49 a.m., police served a summons, 200 East Main St. Yaicha Maus, 32, homeless, was served a warrant
  • At 12:44 p.m., police responded to the Whitcomb School for a report of harassment
  • At 3:04 p.m., vandalism was reported, M&P Motors
  • At 5:03 p.m., police responded to a report of vandalism, 224 Church St.
  • At 5:37 p.m., larceny was reported, Price Chopper
  • At 6:12 p.m., police pulled a vehicle over on Broad Street. Shawn A. Nugent, 33, 25 Stevens, St., Apt. 7, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license
  • At 7:39 p.m., police responded to vandalism, 66 Lincoln St.
  • At 8:57 p.m., police made an arrest at Capital Farms. James R. Hutch, 27, 6 Garabed Blvd, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with OUI, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, driving with a suspended license
  • At 10:34 p.m., police responded to a disturbance, 57 Newton St.
