Marlborough Police: Kidnapping, A&B With Dangerous Weapon, Harassment, Shoplifting, B&E

Monday, Nov. 3

  • At 7:25 a.m., police responded to trespassing, 601 Donald J. Lynch Boulevard
  • at 11:05 a.m., police responded to a MVA with injuries at 680 Farm Road
  • At 1:17 p.m., police served a harassment order violation at Employment Options. Robert Mitchell, 56, 34 Central St., Apt. 11, Marlborough, was charged with violating a harassment order
  • At 1:56 p.m., police responded to a call at JC Penny. Ana R. Duarte, 55, 10 Ancona Road, Worcester, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250
  • At 2:42 p.m., suspicious activity was reported at Assabet Valley Vocational High School
  • At 3:20 p.m., harassment is reported, Avalon Orchard
  • At 6:13 p.m., police responded to a report of harassment, 26 Eldorado Drive
  • At 9:51 p.m., police responded to a disturbance at 37 Lincoln St., Apt. 2
  • At 10:21 p.m., police responded to Land’s Towing for a disturbance and a criminal complaint was filed

Tuesday, Nov. 4

  • At 2:48 p.m., police responded to a MVA at Mobil
  • At 3:57 p.m., police responded to a suspicious activity, 169 Lincoln St.
  • At 10:03 p.m., police responded to a disturbance, 80 Newton St.

  • At 9:14 a.m., police responded to larceny, 192 Naugler Ave.
  • At 10:09 a.m., police responded to a report of harassment, Stone Gate Apartments
  • At 12:15 p.m., a B&E into a motor vehicle was reported, 14 Susan Road
  • At 5 p.m., police arrested Joshua A. Mossey, 22, 47 Newton St., Apt. 2, Marlborough, and charged him with kidnapping and endangering a minor by a relative, A&B on a police officer, ABY with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, threatening to commit a crime, disturbing the peace, A&E on a police officer, A&B with a dangerous weapon
  • At 8:25 p.m., police responded to a disturbance at 24 Marien Lane, and an arrest was made
  • At 9:39 p.m., police served a warrant to Brian D. Sloan, 61, 24 Auburn St., Marlborough
