Marlborough Police: Man Arrested for 2nd OUI; Assault and Battery; Vandalism

Friday, Sept. 25
- At 9:18 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Mega-Watt
- At 11:25 a.m., police responded to an assault at Assabet Valley Vocational High School
- At 5:05 p.m., police responded to a well being check at 265 Stevens St. Richard Thomas Sylvester, 23, address unknown, Marlborough, was arrested on three warrants and failure to appear
- At 6:09 p.m., police responded to an assault at Harrison Arms Apartments
- At 10:41 p.m., police responded to reports of a missing person, 15 Girard St.
- At 11:33 p.m., police responded to larceny at Tedeschi Food Shop
Saturday, Sept. 26
- At 1:01 a.m., police responded to a disturbance, Royal Crest Apartments
- At 10:55 a.m., police responded to threats, Cameron Drive
- At 1:37 p.m., police responded to a report of assault, Royal Crest Apartments
- At 3:01 p.m., police responded to a disturbance at the McDonald Hotel. Marlen McGuire, 41, 58 Charles St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a person older than 60 with injury
- At 7:43 p.m., police responded to Auto Zone
- At 7:43 p.m., police responded to a report of trespassing, 15 Mill St. North

- At 12:24 a.m., police helped with an ambulance call, and an arrest was made, the Heights
- At 11:55 a.m., police served a warrant at the police department. Feline Nascimento DeCastro, 25, 336 East Main St., Apt. 12, Marlborough, was arrested an a warrant
- At 12:17 p.m., larceny was reported, 50 Raffaele Road
- At 4:17 p.m., a car crash occurred near 131 Pleasant St. Emil Ronay Morales-Villeda, 27, 10 Pleasant Ct., Marlborough, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage, driving with a suspended license, OUI (second offense), giving a false name, negligent operation of a motor vehicle
- At 7:22 p.m., police responded to a report of fraud, Wilson Heights Condos
Monday, Sept. 28
- At 2:29 a.m., police responded to reports of vandalism at 52 Cotting Ave. Natalie T. Gallagher, 30, 71 Valley St., Marlborough, was arrested on a warrant
