Marlborough Police: OUI Arrest; Harassment; Car Break-In

Friday, Oct. 2

  • At 8:58 a.m., police responded to a car crash at Delana’s Bakery
  • At 9:58 a.m., police responded to a report of fraud, 59 Hosmer St.
  • At 12:52 p.m., larceny was reported, 149 West Main St.
  • At 3 p.m., police responded to larceny at the Solomon Pond Mall
  • At 3:43 p.m., police responded to vandalism, 69 Summit Ave.
  • At 6:45 p.m., police made a vehicle stop on Dudley Street. Andres J. Lopez, 26, 183 Sherman Ave. Apt. 101 Jersey City, NJ, was arrested and charged with failing to stop, passing violation, driving with a revoked license

Saturday, Oct. 3

  • At 1:15 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Hildreth School
  • At 2:48 a.m., police pulled a car over at Marlborough Nissan. James Lee, 27, 27 Royal Crest Drive, Apt. 11, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with OUI, marked lanes violation
  • At 3:44 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Marlborough Court Condos
  • At 9:17 a.m., police responded to a report of vandalism at 47 Crystal Brook Way
  • At 12:53 p.m., fraud was reported, 137 Howe St.
  • At 2:30 p.m., harassment was reported, Avalon Orchards
  • At 5:19 p.m., police pulled a car over on Gotham Ink. Hefer A. Dossantos, 30, 34 Curtis Ave., Apt. Q18, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, uninsured car, revoked registration

  • At 3:13 p.m., police responded to a car breaking and entering at the Royal Crest Apartments
  • At 5:42 p.m., trespassing was reported at the Residence Inn
  • At 10:25 p.m., police respond to calls about a suspicious car at Sperry’s Liquors. Thyme M. Farrington, 19, 619 Hosmer St., Marlborough, was arrested and charged with violating DPW rules and regulations, purchasing liquor under 21
