Marlborough Police: Teen Charged With Vandalism, B&E; Auburn Man Arrested for Drugs, Shoplifting at Mall

Friday, Aug. 7
- At 10:42 a.m., police responded to reports of fraud, 703 Stow Road
- At 11:19 a.m., police responded to reports of fraud, 192 Lakeshore Drive
- At 1:02 p.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Marlborough Housing Authority, 20 Front St.
- AT 4:19 p.m., police responded to a call for shoplifting at the Solomon Pond Mall. James Matthew Katz, 26, 16 Holmes St., Auburn, was arrested and charged with shoplifting more than $100 by concealing merchandise, conspiracy, possession of Class B drug, possession of Class C drug
- At 10:58 p.m., police responded to vandalism, 88 Lodi Road
Saturday, Aug. 8
- At 1:01 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Tropical Cafe
- At 1:11 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at 100 Prospect St.
- At 2:02 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at Speakers Night Club
- At 12:01 p.m., police responded to fraud, 178 Boston Post Road
- At 5 p.m., police responded to a car accident at the Walker Building. William Erick Perez, 25, 7 Versailles St., Apt. 1, Marlborough, was arrested on a warrant
- At 5:57 p.m., police responded to trespassing, Hannaford Supermarket
- At 7:37 p.m., police responded to trespassing, Academy Knoll

- At 1:53 a.m., police responded to Speakers Nightclub for a disturbance
- At 9:50 a.m., police responded toa report of vandalism, 273 West Main St. Katelyn N. Crissinger, 19, 7 Allen Court, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with vandalizing property, breaking and entering in to a boat/vehicle for misdemeanor
- At 12:42 p.m., police responded to a breaking and entering into a car
- At 1:11 p.m., police responded to calls for larceny, the Heights
- At 3:46 p.m., police responded to reports of harassment, The Heights
- At 9:25 p.m., police responded to reports of vandalism, 1 Middle St.
