Marlborough Real Estate - Single-family homes sales down during Q1 of 2014

According to data obtained from MLSPIN.com, Single-family home sales, in Marlborough, were off 7% during the first quarter of 2014.

During this period, there were 39 homes sold totaling $12,346,266 versus 42 homes sold totaling $12,833,490. during the first quarter of 2013.

The average price for homes sold, however, increased 3.6% in the first quarter of 2014 versus the same period last year.

The average home sale price in Marlborough, during the first quarter of 2013 was $305,559, and the average price during Q1 of 2014 was $316, 371.
